COVID-19 Vaccine Hesitancy Survey Report 2021
The Peoria City/County Health Department Community Health Policy and Planning Office developed a plan in October 2020 to gauge the community's readiness to get vaccinated against COVID-19 when the vaccine became available. The results of the survey are intended to help our community to target messaging and educational outreach to populations that may want more information. The survey is complete and the 2021 Vaccine Hesitancy Survey Report is now available.

It's finally here - the Color of Vaccine Part 1 documentary produced by Dion McNeal and Chris Wade. The documentary interviews our Peoria area community members on the history of medical treatments for African Americans, lived experiences, and addresses vaccine hesitancy.
